Service Description

Life Coaching & Counselling takes place within an integrative approach assisting individuals with growth and life enrichment, across a secure platform within a video conferencing application. Facilitation takes place over a secure online environment where privacy is respected, guaranteed and adhered to according to the ASCHP ethics and code of conduct. JustLive welcomes a free introductory session of 15-30 minutes prior to scheduling and payment of bookings. Directions: • Please Register and Sign up with JustLive via the website to affect full services - herewith agreeing to the Terms of Service and the Coaching and Counselling agreement of JustLive as seen at the bottom of the website. • To take advantage of the free introductory online-session prior to your booking please book your space • When clicking on BOOK NOW – choose either Free Introductory Session; or Online session • Select your date and time in the booking calendar • Complete the information page which includes your names, contact detail (cellular number is important) and identity number • Once you have clicked Pay now, you will be directed to the secure Peach Payments system, wherein you can pay via Credit card; EFT or Masterpass • Follow the Peach Payment instructions • You will receive confirmation on your successful payment • Once you have booked and paid your online session/s you will receive a confirmation email with the necessary detail of your meeting • In the email you will receive the link to your online session video conferencing application (you are not required to download the application, the link is sufficient)

Cancellation Policy

Please reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your booking at info@justlive.co.za, to retain your free complimentary session. Bookings not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged for. Please note: for every session there is special preparation done for each person, client of Justlive's needs and concerns. Should you not arrive for this Free Online Session you will be charged R250 (applicable global currency) for non-arrival. Justlive Management (Justlive (Pty) Ltd.)
